Welcome to the Family and Consumer Science web page.  Please stop by this site frequently to see what we are doing in our classes.  There are 4 sections of 7th/8th grade FACS and 2 sections of 6th grade FACS. I am excited to be teaching life skills through hands on projects throughout the year.

I have taught FACS for 26 years and 21 of those years here at Connolly Middle School.  I have a Bachelors of Science degree from Iowa State University. 

I enjoy teaching middle school students the life skills of food preparation, sewing, nutrition, clothing care, clothing selection, careers and child care.
